目的监测血清NSE的动态变化对脑转移瘤的诊断及预后的临床意义。方法对我科2006年1月~2007年11月收治的34例脑转移瘤患者进行回顾性分析。分别对其在发生脑转移前、后及脑转移瘤治疗前、后的血清NSE活性水平测定,并进行统计学分析。结果脑转移前NSE含量为:(15.7±6.2)ng/L,转移后NSE含量为:(20.5±4.5)ng/L,发生脑转移并进行放、化疗后NSE含量为:(15.8±4.6)ng/L。脑转移前、后NSE比较及发生脑转移后进行治疗前、后NSE比较,均有显著性差异。结论血清NSE的动态测定对脑转移瘤的早期发现、早期诊断、早期治疗及疗效判定具有显著意义。
Objective To monitor the clinical significance of the dynamic changes of serum NSE in the diagnosis and prognosis of brain metastases. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 34 patients with brain metastases who were treated in our department from January 2006 to November 2007. Serum levels of NSE were measured before and after brain metastases and before and after treatment of brain metastases, and statistical analysis was performed. Results The NSE content before brain metastasis was (15.7 ± 6.2) ng / L and the NSE content after metastasis was (20.5 ± 4.5) ng / L. The NSE content after brain metastasis and radiotherapy and chemotherapy were (15.8 ± 4.6) ng / L. NSE before and after brain metastases and NSE before and after treatment were compared before and after treatment, there was a significant difference. Conclusion The dynamic determination of serum NSE is of great significance for the early detection, early diagnosis, early treatment and curative effect determination of brain metastases.
