目的对中药半枝莲(Scutellaria barbata D.Don)全草的化学成分进行研究。方法应用大孔吸附树脂、正相硅胶、反相ODS、Sephadex LH-20以及制备型高效液相等色谱法对中药半枝莲的化学成分进行分离,并通过理化性质和光谱数据对化合物的结构进行鉴定。结果分离鉴定了7个化合物,分别为槲皮素(quercetin,1)、野黄芩素(suctellarein,2)、6,7,4’-三羟基黄酮-5-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6,7,4’-trihydroxyflavone-5-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,3)、芦丁(rutin,4)、商陆苷(5,ombuoside)、1-O-3,4-(dihydroxyphenyl)ethyl-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→2)-4-O-caffeoyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(6)、staphylionoside D(7)。结论化合物3、5~7为首次从半枝莲植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of whole plant of Scutellaria barbata D.Don. Methods The chemical constituents of Scutellaria barbata D. Don were isolated by macroporous adsorption resin, normal phase silica gel, reverse phase ODS, Sephadex LH-20 and preparative high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The structures of the compounds were characterized by physicochemical properties and spectral data Identification. Results Seven compounds were isolated and identified as quercetin (1), suctellarein (2), 6,7,4’-trihydroxyflavone-5-O-β-D-glucoside 6,7,4’-trihydroxyflavone-5-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, 3) rutin 4, ombuoside 1-O- ethyl-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1 → 2) -4-O-caffeoyl-β-D-glucopyranoside (6), staphylionoside D (7). Conclusion Compounds 3, 5 ~ 7 were isolated from Scutellaria barbata for the first time.
