2002年9月22~25日,在开罗召开了第18届国际交通医学会议,共17个国家的近400名代表出席了会议,我们第三军医大学交通医学研究所的三位教授(尹志勇、周继红和我)也应邀参会,并都在会上作了报告,反映均较好。会议指出,发达国家的交通事故和交通伤伤亡人数已逐渐下降或稳定在一定的水平上,而发展中国家由于机动车数量的不断增加,交通伤伤亡也相应增多。会议强调,发展中国家要学习发达国家的先进经验,避免发达国家走过的弯路,要重视驾驶员素质的提高和行为修养,充分认识
From September 22 to 25, 2002, the 18th International Conference on Traffic Medicine was held in Cairo. Nearly 400 delegates from 17 countries attended the meeting. Three professors from the Institute of Communications Medicine of the Third Military Medical University (Yin Zhiyong, Zhou Jihong and I) were also invited to attend the meeting and all made reports at the meeting, reflecting that both were better. The meeting pointed out that the number of traffic accidents and traffic injuries and fatalities in developed countries have gradually declined or stabilized at a certain level.
