利用荧光发射光谱和紫外可见光谱研究了近生理条件下甲基紫和牛血清白蛋白的相互作用。研究结果表明,甲基紫与牛血清白蛋白能够通过疏水作用形成自发的形成复合物,进而导致了牛血清白蛋白结构的改变。本研究为染料类物质在分子水平上的毒理学评价提供了新思路。
The interaction between methyl violet and bovine serum albumin under near physiological conditions was studied by fluorescence emission spectroscopy and UV-vis spectroscopy. The results show that methyl violet and bovine serum albumin can form a spontaneous formation of complex by hydrophobic interaction, leading to changes in the structure of bovine serum albumin. This study provides a new idea for the toxicological evaluation of dye-like substances at the molecular level.
