高职酒店管理专业的人才培养方向是为酒店行业提供高技能服务人员和基层管理人员,而礼仪是酒店从业人员所必须具备的基本能力与职业素质,在酒店的工作中,礼仪贯穿始终。本文阐述了对酒店管理专业学生进行礼仪素质培养的重要意义,并对目前的培养现状进行了分析,从运用现代教学手段、增强实践教学、通过开展各类活动提高礼仪素养等方面探讨培养高职酒店管理专业学生礼仪素养的方法。
