目的 观察金纳多对突发性耳聋病人血浆TXA2 、PGI2 和细胞粘附分子 (sICAM -Ⅰ )的影响。方法 将 15 2例突发性耳聋患者随机分为两组 ,金纳多治疗组 86例 ,对照组 6 6例 ,检测各组治疗前后血浆TXA2 、PGI2 含量和血清sICAM -Ⅰ含量。结果 突发性耳聋病人金纳多治疗组有效率为 89 5 3% ,对照组为 74 2 4 % (P <0 0 1) ,经金纳多治疗后血浆TXA2降低 ,PGI2 升高和血清sICAM -Ⅰ含量下降 ,均优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ;0 0 1)。结论 金纳多具有提高PGI2 ,降低TXA2 和sICAM -Ⅰ含量 ,改善突发性耳聋病人的血液循环的作用
Objective To observe the effect of Ginaton on plasma TXA2, PGI2 and sICAM-Ⅰ in patients with sudden deafness. Methods Fifty-two cases of sudden deafness were randomly divided into two groups: 86 cases in the Ginaton treatment group and 66 cases in the control group. The levels of plasma TXA2 and PGI2 and the levels of serum sICAM-Ⅰ in each group were measured before and after treatment. Results In the sudden deafness patients, the effective rate was 89 53% in the Ginaton treatment group and 74 2 4% in the control group (P <0.01). The plasma TXA2, PGI2 and sICAM -I content decreased, both were better than the control group (P <0 05; 0 0 1). Conclusions Ginaton has the effect of increasing PGI2, decreasing the content of TXA2 and sICAM-I, and improving the blood circulation in patients with sudden deafness
