1997 年以来我们采用分子生物学方法对小盾纤恙螨的媒介意义进行研究。结果表明, 用 R T- P C R 和 Nested R T- P C R 从恙螨体内检测到 H F R Sr- R N A; 用原位分子杂交技术在恙螨的卵巢细胞、支肠细胞等组织中检测到 H F R S U- R N A。以上结果为恙螨的媒介意义提供了具有分子水平的直接证据, 对 H F R S 的流行病学和预防具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。
Since 1997, we used molecular biology methods to study the media significance of chigger mite chigger mite. The results showed that H F R Sr-R N A was detected from chigger mites using R T- P C R and Nested R T-P C R, and the in situ hybridization was used to detect chorion mite in ovary cells, H F R S U-R N A is detected in the tissue. The above results provide direct evidence of the molecular significance of chigger mites and have important theoretical and practical value for the epidemiology and prevention of HFRS.
