高职院校作为我国高等教育中一支重要的新生力量,承担着培养面向生产、建设、管理和服务第一线需要的高技能人才和高素质劳动者的历史使命。高职院校的学生是我国新增劳动力的重要来源,其思想道德水平在很大程度上影响了从业人员队伍的整体道德水平。然而,诸多消极因素对高职学生形成良好的思想道德造成了较大负面影响,高职学生身上表现出来的思想道德素质状况令人堪忧。而社会实践是提高高职院校学生素质的重要途径,在大学生思想道德素质培养过程中发挥着积极的促进作用。
As an important new force in the higher education of our country, the higher vocational college undertakes the historical mission of cultivating high-skilled personnel and high-quality laborers facing the needs of production, construction, management and service. Students in higher vocational colleges are an important source of new labor force in our country. Their ideological and ethical standards have greatly affected the overall ethical standards of practitioners. However, many negative factors have a negative impact on the formation of a good ideological and moral education for vocational students. The quality of ideological and moral education demonstrated by the students in vocational colleges is worrying. Social practice is an important way to improve the quality of students in higher vocational colleges. It plays an active role in promoting the cultivation of college students’ ideological and moral qualities.
