日本制纸股份有限公司,属复合型生物质行业,充分利用木质生物资源,努力拓展各种新兴事业。当前致力于纤维素新用途之一纤维素纳米纤维(CNF)各种应用产品的生产和研发。该公司利用C NF高纤维强度和低热膨胀率,开发功能型纳米复合材料(与树脂和橡胶等);利用其高透明度,开发光学薄膜;利用其高比表面积,开发催化剂载体和吸收剂。在这些应用中,该公司的C NF作为功能型添加剂,例如增稠剂或分散剂,类似于现在使用的羧甲基纤维素(CMC),希望尽早商业化。本文拟介绍作为各类功能型添加剂CNF的研发;CNF的生产方法及其实际应用的固化技术以及CNF作为添加剂的各种特性。
Nippon Paper Co., Ltd., a complex biomass industry, make full use of wood biological resources, and strive to expand various emerging industries. He is currently working on the production and development of various applications of cellulose nanofiber (CNF), one of the new cellulose applications. The company exploits the high fiber strength and low thermal expansion of C NF to develop functional nanocomposites (with resins and rubbers, etc), exploit its high transparency to develop optical films, and exploit its high specific surface area to develop catalyst supports and absorbents. In these applications, the company’s C NF as a functional additive, such as a thickener or dispersant, is similar to the carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) currently used and hopes to commercialize as soon as possible. This article intends to introduce as a variety of functional additives CNF R & D; CNF production methods and practical application of the curing technology and CNF as additives of various characteristics.
