由于心肌缺血再灌注损伤(ischem ic/reperfusion in jury,I/R)机制的复杂性,使其成为临床上经常面临和较难防治的问题。在其发生发展的众多机制中,中性粒细胞(PMN)活化、心肌浸润及脱颗粒可能是最终的环节或途径。大量研究表明中性粒细胞能通过释放细胞毒性物质如蛋白水解酶、氧自由基、脂类介质、各种炎性介质及阻塞毛细血管等引起缺血再灌注时的心肌损伤。认识这一细胞机制无疑有助于研究并找到防治心肌缺血再灌注损伤的方法。本文就近年来中性粒细胞激活在心肌缺血再灌注损伤中作用机制的及其防治的相关研究综述如下。
Due to the complexity of the mechanism of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury (I / R), it has become a problem often faced and difficult to control in clinical practice. In its many mechanisms of development, neutrophil (PMN) activation, myocardial infiltration and degranulation may be the final link or pathway. Numerous studies show that neutrophils can cause myocardial damage during ischemia-reperfusion through the release of cytotoxic substances such as proteolytic enzymes, oxygen free radicals, lipid mediators, various inflammatory mediators and blocked capillaries. Recognition of this cellular mechanism will undoubtedly help to study and find ways to prevent myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. In this paper, in recent years, the role of neutrophil activation in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury and prevention and treatment of its related research are summarized below.
