针对种种管理乱象以及“人才强国”的战略需求,人事档案管理改革势在必行。本文从分析典型的人事档案纠纷入手,探寻当前我国人事档案管理存在的问题,据此提出可行的改革措施。
For all kinds of management chaos and “talent power ” strategic needs, personnel records management reform is imperative. This article starts with the analysis of typical personnel files disputes and probes into the existing problems of personnel files management in our country. Based on this, feasible reform measures are put forward.
