员工培训是以更新员工的知识、技能、工作绩效和组织效益为目标的一种学习过程。通过对员工的培训,能使员工的工作技能、知识层次和工作效率、工作品质得到进一步加强,因此,企业领导应该不断加强员工培训,切实作好每一年、每一期的员工培训计划,只有通过不断培训,全面提高员工素质,才能依靠这支高素质的企业队伍搏击商海,使油田企业永远立于不败之地。
Employee training is a learning process that aims to update employees’ knowledge, skills, job performance, and organizational effectiveness. Through the training of employees, employees’ work skills, knowledge levels, work efficiency, and work quality can be further strengthened.
