为保证播种机播种深度的稳定性,开沟器的仿形轮对地面的压力应比较稳定。根据这个要求,用最优化方法对开沟器的平行四边形连接机构进行了计标。计算结果为,取连接机构的拉杆长350毫米时,仿形单体的最佳重量为25~30公斤,相应的拉杆角度为0°~8°;取拉杆长400毫米时,最佳重量为20公斤,相应的拉杆角度2.5°~-2.5°。
In order to ensure the sowing machine planting depth stability, opener profile wheel pressure on the ground should be relatively stable.
