作为一个地市级超员供电企业,要在严控用工总量的前提下,重点要做好人员结构需求的预测。在坚持“严控总量、保障重点、提升层次”的原则下,从“现有人员情况、自然减员情况、电网发展规划情况、劳动定员测算情况、内部供给情况”等五个方面进行分析研究,运用指标分析法、效益对标法、满意度测评法对公司人员配置进行科学预测,为企业持续健康发展提供人力资源保障,使公司人员结构得到进一步优化,企业劳动效率和经济效益稳步提升。
