对长期作业在50Hz、27.5kV电力牵引供电网环境中的工人1124人,对照组419人,血清Fe、Cu、Zn含量测试结果:观察组血清Fe、Cu含量和血清Cu/Zn比值在正常成人参考值范围内显著地高于对照组、血清Zn含量显著地低于对照组。揭示工频高压低电磁场强度,可能引起人体血清Fe、Cu、Zn含量及Cu/Zn比值发生生理性变化。
1124 workers and 419 control subjects with long-term operation in 50Hz, 27.5kV electric traction power supply network, serum Fe, Cu, Zn content test results: the observation group serum Fe, Cu and serum Cu / Zn ratio in normal Significantly higher in adult reference range than the control group, serum Zn levels were significantly lower than the control group.
