1994年4月26～28日,在荷兰召开了欧洲维修联盟第12次会议。经国家计委批准,中设协派出了由徐滨士、高金吉、陈德元、唐德尧、王舟桅组成的5人代表团赴会。目的在于恢复与欧联一度中断了的联系,同时开展技术交流。出席会议者除欧联各国外,还有日本、巴西、苏里南等,计约20个国家,150余人。会议对于经济高速发展的中国派出的中设协代表团十分重视,原欧联主席Johannessen,现任欧联执行主席A.J.Klijn分别会见了我团。通过交往,不但恢复和密切了我国与欧联的关系,也加深了与各国维修组织的友谊。在荷兰期间,我团还考察了DELFT大学,参观考察了SIEBTECHNIK化工矿山机械厂,考察了各国在会议展厅的参展项目。所见所闻,开阔了我们的视野;通过宣传交流,展示了我国维修技术的成就。本文仅简要介绍笔者的主要观感和收获。关于会议的详情、论文和考察的收获,《中国设备管理》杂志将予以连续报道。
April 26-28, 1994, the 12th European Union of Maintenance Alliance was held in the Netherlands. With the approval of the State Development Planning Commission, China Association for Dispatch sent a delegation of 5 people composed of Xu Binshi, Gao Jinji, Chen Deyuan, Tang Deyao and Wang Zhouma to attend the meeting. The purpose is to resume the connection with the European Union once interrupted, at the same time to carry out technical exchanges. In addition to the EU countries attending the meeting, there are Japan, Brazil, Suriname, about 20 countries, about 150 people. The meeting paid great attention to the delegation of China Association for the rapid economic development. Johannessen, the former chairman of the European Union, and A.J.Klijn, the current European Union Executive Chairman, respectively met with our delegation. Through exchanges, not only the relations between China and the EU have been restored and closely followed, but also the friendship with the maintenance organizations in various countries has been deepened. During the Netherlands, our delegation also visited DELFT University, visited SIEBTECHNIK chemical mining machinery factory and inspected various countries participating in the conference hall. What we have seen and heard has broadened our horizons and demonstrated the achievements of our country’s maintenance technologies through publicity and exchanges. This article only briefly describes the author’s main perception and harvest. About the conference details, papers and inspection harvest, “China Equipment Management” magazine will be reported continuously.
