采用581G的旋转磁场对小鼠全身曝磁,观察磁场对小鼠免疫功能的影响,结果表明磁场作用可使胸腺、脾脏重量、血清溶菌酶及IgG含量明显增加;促进B细胞产生和分泌抗体;还可使SRFC显著增多。由此提示,旋磁场可增强机体的非特异性免疫功能和特异性免疫功能。
The effect of magnetic field on the immune function of mice was observed by using a rotating magnetic field of 581G. The results showed that the magnetic field could significantly increase the weight of thymus and spleen, serum lysozyme and IgG, promote the production and secretion of antibodies by B cells, SRFC can also significantly increase. This suggests that rotating magnetic field can enhance the body’s non-specific immune function and specific immune function.
