百宜杀(Benesept),化学名:聚烯烃基卡巴嘧啶(单胍类),为阳离子型表面活性剂,对环境及水体中的多种细菌、真菌、病毒具有较强的杀灭作用,且该药无毒、无刺激、无腐蚀性、可自然降解,药效持久。本试验以药物检测标准质控菌株和药敏检验标准质控菌株为质控参照,以致病性嗜水气单胞菌、河弧菌和柱状黄杆菌G_4为试验菌株,采用纸片扩散法进行药物敏感性试验并与同等条件下的戊二醛、聚维酮碘、新洁尔灭对照;采用倍比稀释法进行最低抑菌浓度(MIC)试验,探索该药对水产致病菌的抑杀效果,以期早日推向水产病害防治领域。
