熔池三维表面的研究工作日益受到关注,尤其是TIG焊熔池表面变化速度快,以及熔池表面的类镜面特性及强弧光的干扰等,一直给许多研究者在熔池方面的研究工作带来了一定的困难。本文对于目前主要运用于TIG熔池三维表面研究的方法及其优缺点进行了综述,此外,也阐述了数值模拟方法运用于熔池三维表面研究的进展。
More and more attention has been paid to the research on the three-dimensional surface of molten pool, especially for the surface change of molten pool of TIG welding, the mirror-like properties on the surface of molten pool and the interference of strong arc. Some difficulties come. In this paper, the methods and the advantages and disadvantages of the three-dimensional surface research mainly used in the TIG weld pool are reviewed. In addition, the application of numerical simulation methods to the study of the three-dimensional surface of the weld pool is also discussed.
