以铁丰31大豆幼苗为试材,在大豆幼苗叶片完全展开时以一定浓度的NaCl和NaHSO3及清水喷施于叶片的正反两面,测定光合速率、可溶性糖、光合色素等生理指标,以探讨HSO3-、Cl-和Na+对光合作用的影响。结果表明:Na+对大豆幼苗叶片可溶性糖含量的增加、ATP合酶活性的提高、叶片Rubisco含量的增加均有一定的促进作用。Cl-在整个实验中作用不明显。HSO3-对大豆幼苗叶片叶绿素a和叶绿素b的合成有显著促进作用;并能显著提高全链光合电子传递速率、ATP合酶活性,使光合磷酸化过程加强;HSO3-显著提高了Rubisco羧化活性及PEPC活力和PEPC比活力;并提高了Rubisco和PEPC含量,从而促进大豆幼苗的光合速率增加。
Tietong 31 soybean seedlings were used as tested material to test the photosynthetic rate, soluble sugar, photosynthetic pigment and other physiological indexes when the soybean seedling leaves were fully unfolded with certain concentration of NaCl and NaHSO3 and clear water sprayed on the both sides of the leaves. Effects of HSO3-, Cl- and Na + on photosynthesis. The results showed that Na + promoted the increase of soluble sugar content, the increase of ATP synthase activity and the increase of Rubisco content in leaves of soybean seedlings. Cl- did not play a significant role throughout the experiment. HSO3- significantly promoted the synthesis of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b in soybean seedling leaves, and significantly increased the photosynthetic electron transfer rate and ATP synthase activity in the whole chain, and enhanced the photosynthetic phosphorylation. HSO3- significantly increased the carboxylation activity of Rubisco And PEPC activity and PEPC specific activity, and increased the content of Rubisco and PEPC, thereby promoting the increase of photosynthetic rate of soybean seedlings.
