设计了一款工作在太赫兹波段的类三角形异向介质单元,对传输系数进行处理得到单元的等效介电系数和有效磁导率,数据结果表明该单元在太赫兹波段出现双负频段.通过将该类三角形异向介质应用于太赫兹波段的喇叭天线,利用零折射率特性制作天线填充介质实现电磁波的定向辐射,减小天线的后向波能量损耗,达到提高天线方向性系数和增益的目的.实验结果表明:加载类三角形异向介质单元后的喇叭天线的后向波辐射减弱、前向辐射效率增强,方向性系数提高了46.86,增益提高了2.77dB.
A triangular metamaterial unit operating in the terahertz band is designed. The transmission coefficient is processed to obtain the equivalent dielectric constant and effective permeability of the unit. The data shows that the unit exhibits double negative band in the terahertz band. By applying the triangular anisotropic medium to a horn antenna in the terahertz band, an antenna filling medium is manufactured with zero refractive index to achieve directional radiation of the electromagnetic wave, and the backward wave energy loss of the antenna is reduced, thereby improving antenna directivity coefficient and gain The experimental results show that the horn radiation attenuates and the forward radiation efficiency increases, the directivity coefficient increases by 46.86 and the gain increases by 2.77dB after loading the triangular dielectric unit.
