宏观调控是国家管理经济的重要职能，对一国经济的发展具有举足轻重的作用。正确把握世界经济走势及其对我国的影响，充分认识内、外部经济环境的复杂性和多变性，科学把握宏观调控的方向、节奏和力度，尽可能地保持经济平稳较快增长，是现阶段我国宏观经济调控的出发点和落脚点。
