荷兰位于欧洲大陆的西北部,濒临北海,土地狭小,人口密集,是一个经济发达、城市化程度很高的国家。据1983年统计,全国总面积41548平方公里(包括水面),总人口1434万人,人口密度平均每平方公里423人。今年7月,笔者随我城市规划考察团访问了该国城市规划、建设主管部门和海牙、阿姆斯特丹、鹿特丹等主要城市,以及新建的卓特米尔、阿尔米尔等小城市,对该国城市规划的组织管理、理论、方法有一些粗浅的了解,现就以下几点作些介绍。
The Netherlands is located in the northwestern part of the European continent and is close to the North Sea. The land is small and densely populated. It is a country with developed economy and high degree of urbanization. According to statistics from 1983, the country has a total area of 41,548 square kilometers (including water surface), a total population of 14.34 million, and an average population density of 423 people per square kilometer. In July of this year, the author visited the city planning and construction authorities of the country, major cities such as The Hague, Amsterdam, and Rotterdam, as well as newly established small cities such as Zottermeer, Almir, and other cities in the country. There are some superficial understandings of organizational management, theory, and methods. We will now introduce some of the following points.
