利用现场宏观检查、化学成分分析、金相组织分析及SEM和EDX分析等方法对某液硫池316L不锈钢蒸汽管失效部位进行失效原因分析与讨论。结果表明,该液硫池中316L不锈钢蒸汽管的化学成分、显微组织均符合标准。蒸汽管失效主要是由于硫酸对其产生严重腐蚀,连续的腐蚀最终造成断裂。
Analysis and discussion on the failure causes of the failed parts of a liquid sulfur pool 316L stainless steel steam pipe by macroscopic inspection, chemical composition analysis, microstructure analysis, SEM and EDX analysis. The results show that the chemical composition and microstructure of the 316L stainless steel steam pipe in the liquid sulfur pool meet the standards. Steam pipe failure is mainly due to severe corrosion caused by sulfuric acid, continuous corrosion eventually rupture.
