班主任是班级的组织者、领导者和教育者,班主任工作是向学生传递幸福的工作,因此只有班主任自己感受到幸福才能让学生感到幸福。学校可通过以下途径提升班主任的幸福感:合理分工,请副班主任来帮忙;落实班主任轮岗制度;奖惩措施人性化,以奖励为主;创造提升班主任专业技能的机会。班主任自己要做好“再努力一点点”的心理建设,以身作则,以爱育爱,善于借力,良性沟通,丰富活动,积极反思,点燃热情,提升幸福感。
The class teacher is the class organizer, leader and educator. The class teacher’s job is to pass on the happiness to the students. Therefore, only the class teacher can feel the happiness by himself or herself. The school may improve the sense of happiness of the teacher in the following ways: a reasonable division of labor, a deputy head teacher should be required to help; the shift of the head teacher should be implemented; the incentive and punishment should be humane and reward-based; and opportunities should be created to enhance the professional skills of the headteacher. Class teacher should do a good job, “re-try a little bit,” the psychological building, lead by example, to love and education, good at leveraging, good communication, enrich activities, positive reflection, ignite enthusiasm and enhance happiness.
