以固体火箭发动机的翼柱形药柱的优化设计为例,通过建立翼柱形药柱的计算模型,固体火箭发动机的能量模型,提出了翼柱型药柱的优化设计方法。药柱的计算采用了混合罚函数法,根据得出的计算结果中各设计变量对目标函数的影响大小,确定出各设计变量的最佳值。该方法还可用于其它型号的翼柱形药柱的优化设计。
Taking the optimal design of the solid propellant rocket propeller as an example, the optimization design method of the propeller type propellant is proposed by establishing the computational model of the propeller cylinder and the energy model of the solid propellant rocket engine. The calculation of drug column uses a mixed penalty function method, according to the calculated results of the design variables on the objective function of the size of the impact of each design variables to determine the best value. The method can also be used to optimize the design of other types of wing column.
