17世纪的玄学派诗歌是在古典主义诗歌发展的同时所存在的与古典主义相对立的文学倾向,这类诗歌在18和19世纪默默无闻,但是在20世纪初逐渐受到推崇,诗歌中奇喻意象的巧妙使用与二十世纪诗人艾略特所提倡的诗歌应是理性与感性的统一的观点相一致。本文旨在以约翰·邓恩的《别离辞:莫悲伤》、安德鲁·马韦尔的《爱的定义》以及罗伯特·赫里克的《给少女们的忠告》为例,对玄学派诗歌里使感情哲理化的奇喻意象进行分析探究。
