预应力砼管桩(简称PHC桩)因具有制作工艺简单,质量容易保证,植桩方便,耐打性好,造价便宜,检测方便,施工速度快,桩基抗震性好等优点,在桩基工程中应用越来越多。但有些地质条件预应力砼管桩是不宜使用的,由于地质勘探资料太粗或失误,预应力砼管桩的质量事故时常发生。例如在施工过程中,个别已经打入到规定深度的管桩总会不可避免地存在上浮现象,给房建工程的总体质量及计划工期带来了一定程度的负面影响。因此,本文通过借助广东省内某小区工程,对PHC桩的上浮原因及一些常见预防措施提出了个人的看法及见解,以供各位业内同行参考借鉴。
