Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A_2 (Lp-PLA_2), homocysteine (Hcy) and cardiovascular status, and evaluate the relationship between health risk appraisal (HRA ) System of clinical value. Methods 208 subjects were divided into 5 groups according to the cardiovascular risk stratification information described by HRA system. 28 cases with normal cardiovascular function were normal cardiovascular group, 64 cases with changes in blood pressure were blood pressure change group, 12 cases with changes in blood lipid level were lipid Changes in the function of the lower extremity vascular circulation 59 cases of lower extremity vascular function of change group, 45 cases of coronary atherosclerosis tend to coronary atherosclerosis group. The levels of Lp-PLA_2 and Hcy in each group were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) respectively, and compared. Results The levels of Lp-PLA_2 [(0.80 ± 0.49), (0.65 ± 0.44), (0.81 ± 0.53), (0.80 ± 0.53) μg / L], Hcy [(14.29 ± 6.97) ), (14.59 ± 3.59), (14.15 ± 5.42) and (16.83 ± 9.12) μmol / L, respectively, were significantly higher than those in the normal group [(0.41 ± 0.25) μg / L and , The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The plasma levels of Lp-PLA_2 and Hcy are correlated with cardiovascular status. The HRA system can be used to assess the functional status of early cardiovascular system.
