为了解决光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)传感器性能蜕化对复用解调结果的影响,从FBG传感器的基本原理及链路出发,分析了FBG自身的光谱蜕化以及光纤链路和光源蜕化对解调结果的影响,提出了利用自适应解调阈值的解决方法,通过模拟仿真以及实验研究证实了相关理论的正确性与方法的可行性,将FBG传感器系统的出错率由原来的10.31%降低为0.63%,极大地提高了应变测量结果的准确性。
In order to solve the influence of degradation of fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensor on the results of multiplex demodulation, the spectral degeneration of FBG and the degeneration of fiber link and light source are analyzed from the basic principle and link of FBG sensor. The method of using adaptive demodulation threshold is proposed. The correctness of the relevant theory and the feasibility of the method are verified through simulation and experiment. The error rate of FBG sensor system is reduced from 10.31% to 0.63% Greatly improves the accuracy of strain measurement results.
