目的 :采用双波长薄层扫描法测定洁阴洗液中苦参碱的含量。方法 :用反射式锯齿扫描法测定 ,测定波长 λs=5 2 0 nm,参比波长 λR=6 40 nm;展开剂为 :氯仿—甲醇—氨水 (30∶ 1∶ 0 .5 ) ,显色剂为稀碘化铋钾试液。结果 :点样量在 0 .6 12 8~ 3.0 6 40 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,平均回收率为 99.5 4% ,RSD为 1.35 % (n=6 )。结论 :该法分离效果好 ,简便、快速 ,结果准确 ,适用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective : To determine the content of matrine in Jieyin lotion by dual wavelength thin layer scanning. Methods: The reflection zigzag scanning method was used to determine the wavelength λ s = 520 nm, the reference wavelength λ R = 640 nm, and the developing solvent was chloroform-methanol-ammonia (30:1:0. 5 ). Diluted potassium iodide test solution. RESULTS : The sample amount showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.612 to 3.06 40 μg. The average recovery was 99.54% and the RSD was 1.35 % (n=6). Conclusion: The method has good separation effect, is simple, rapid, and accurate. It is suitable for the quality control of the preparation.
