本研究以循环流化床粉煤灰为主要胶凝材料,以中空玻化微珠为轻质填充料,通过碱激发的原理制备出一种新型的轻质高强材料。另外,通过掺入硬脂酸钙对该材料的防水性能进行了研究。结果表明,当玻璃微珠掺量为40wt%,硬脂酸钙掺量为3wt%时,该种材料综合性能最优,对应的表观密度、28 d抗压强度和吸水率分别为650kg/m~3,21.19 MPa,15.3wt%。优良的力学性能和防水性等研究表明,该材料具有广阔的应用前景。
In this study, circulating fluidized bed fly ash as the main binder, hollow glass beads as a lightweight filler, by the principle of alkali excitation to prepare a new type of lightweight high-strength materials. In addition, the water resistance of the material was investigated by incorporating calcium stearate. The results show that when the content of glass microbead is 40wt% and the amount of calcium stearate is 3wt%, the material has the best comprehensive properties, the corresponding apparent density, compressive strength at 28 days and water absorption of 650kg / m ~ 3, 21.19 MPa, 15.3 wt%. Excellent mechanical properties and water resistance and other studies have shown that the material has broad application prospects.
