针对手术室环境卫生要求,结合目前主流的工业PLC控制器,提出一种基于PLC的手术室空气净化空调自动调节系统。利用无线传感器网络对手术室温湿度、压力差等信号进行传输;以PLC作为现场控制器和传感器的桥梁,通过PLC对采集数据的处理,传送给上机位;上机位在根据采集到的数据进行逻辑判断,决定是否执行某种动作,最终达到对手术室温度、压力、湿度等的自动调节,保障实验室内的环境卫生。最后通过实际的运行,达到设计的要求,可满足医院手术室环境的控制。
According to the environmental requirements of operating room and combining with the current mainstream industrial PLC controller, a PLC-based automatic air conditioning system for operating room air purification is proposed. Using wireless sensor network to transmit operating temperature, humidity and pressure difference signals; using PLC as a bridge between on-site controller and sensor, the collected data are processed by PLC and sent to upper deck; Data to determine the logic to decide whether to perform some kind of action, and ultimately to the operating room temperature, pressure, humidity, etc. automatically adjust to protect the laboratory environment and health. Finally, through the actual operation, to meet the design requirements, to meet the hospital operating room environment control.
