近年不断发现与肥胖相关的基因及其表达产物，本文综述了近年来新近发现的南美豚鼠色相关蛋白的基因表达、相关蛋白的部分病理生理作用，及在肥胖发生中的作用机制。
In recent years, the obesity-related genes and their expression products have been found continuously. This review summarizes the recent gene expression of cholinergic related proteins in South American guinea pigs, the pathophysiological effects of related proteins and their mechanisms in the pathogenesis of obesity.
