目的　分析心血管 X综合征的临床特征。方法　回顾性分析 2 1例经冠状动脉造影确诊的心血管 X综合征患者的临床症状、无创检查结果、治疗效果及合并症等。结果　除冠状动脉造影正常外 ,心血管 X综合征的临床表现、心电图、运动试验、胸痛缓解方式、治疗措施、易患因素等均与冠心病极为相同。结论　心血管 X综合征可能是冠心病的早期阶段或不同发展阶段 ,其发病机制可能是同一病理变化在冠状动脉主要分枝和微血管的不同部位的表现 ;从指导临床诊治角度考虑 ,将心血管 X综合征作为冠心病的一个新的病理分型更为实用 Objective To analyze the clinical features of cardiovascular X syndrome. Methods The clinical symptoms, non-invasive examination results, therapeutic effects and comorbidities of 21 patients with cardiovascular syndrome confirmed by coronary angiography were retrospectively analyzed. Results In addition to normal coronary angiography, the clinical manifestations of cardiovascular X syndrome, electrocardiogram, exercise test, chest pain relief, treatment measures, predisposing factors and coronary heart disease are very much the same. Conclusions Cardiovascular syndrome X may be the early stage of coronary heart disease or at different stages of development. The pathogenesis may be the same pathological changes in different parts of coronary artery branches and microvessels; from the point of view of clinical diagnosis and treatment, the cardiovascular Syndrome X as a new pathological type of coronary heart disease is more practical
