采用紫外线制备无菌海水对波纹巴非蛤进行净化处理,以细菌总数和大肠菌群为指标,探讨影响波纹巴非蛤净化效果的几个关键因素。结果表明,波纹巴非蛤净化的最佳工艺条件确定为:温度25℃、贝水比1∶15、循环海水流量3.66×10-5m3/s,净化处理24h后,细菌总数和大肠菌群指标符合海水贝类卫生标准(GB2744-1996)。
Ultraviolet was used to prepare sterile seawater to purify Procambarus clarkii.
