目的　探讨蛛网膜下腔出血头痛及继发性血管痉挛造成神经功能缺损等的有效治疗方案。方法　通过腰椎穿刺将脑室内和蛛网膜下腔内的积血分次引流排出 ,并注入等量生理盐水于鞘内以维持脑脊液循环总量。结果　治疗组与对照组显效率为 76 7% / 33 3% ,有效率为 10 0 % / 36 7% ,无效率为 13 3% /30 0 % ,两组相比 ,差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论　脑脊液净化法可迅速缓解症状 ,提高蛛网膜下腔出血治愈率 Objective To investigate the effective treatment of subarachnoid hemorrhage headache and secondary vasospasm caused by neurological deficits. Methods The lumbar puncture drainage of intracerebroventricular and subarachnoid hemorrhage was performed by subtotal drainage, and an equal volume of saline was injected intrathecally to maintain the total cerebrospinal fluid circulation. Results The effective rate was 76.7% / 33.3% in the treatment group and the control group, the effective rate was 10 0% / 36 7%, and the inefficiency rate was 13 3% / 30 0%.
