[病例] 男,33岁.因尿频、进行性排尿困难2月余入院.患者2个月前无诱因出现尿频,约2小时一次,伴有排尿不畅,尿线变细,症状逐渐加重,无发热、尿痛及血尿.大便次数增多,呈稀软便,无脓血.2周前在当地医院就诊,CT及B超示前列腺体积增大,诊断为前列腺脓肿,行前列腺切开引流术.
