对某大汽机房型钢混凝土结构顶层边节点的抗震性能进行了研究,该类节点钢梁截面高度很大,柱截面相对较小,超出了现有规范承载力计算公式的适用范围。根据实际工程情况,顶层边节点采用柱贯通节点构造形式,设计和制作了1∶3缩尺节点模型,进行了梁端低周反复荷载作用下的抗震性能试验,得到了节点试件的破坏过程、破坏形态、试件滞回曲线和骨架曲线,进行了相应的抗震性能分析,并对该试验节点进行了非线性有限元分析。结果表明:所研究的型钢混凝土柱-钢梁组合节点具有较高的承载力,满足原结构的设计要求;该型钢混凝土柱-钢梁组合节点具有较大的位移延性系数。根据分析结果提出了柱贯通节点承载力验算公式。
The seismic performance of the top edge joints of steel-reinforced concrete (SRC) steel-reinforced concrete structures with large steam turbine is studied. The cross-section height of the steel beams is large and the column cross-section is relatively small, which is beyond the applicable range of the existing formula. According to the actual engineering conditions, the top edge nodes adopt the structure of column through nodes, the 1: 3 scale node model is designed and manufactured, the seismic performance test under the low cyclic loading of the beam ends is carried out, and the failure process of the node specimens is obtained , Failure mode, specimen hysteresis curve and skeleton curve, the corresponding seismic performance analysis was carried out, and the finite element analysis of the test node was carried out. The results show that the joint of SRC column and steel beam has higher bearing capacity and meets the design requirements of the original structure. The SRC-SRC joint has larger displacement ductility coefficient. Based on the analysis results, the formulas for checking the bearing capacity of columns through joints are proposed.
