用分级递增刺激方式致健康犬不同部位和不同频率的室性心动过速(VT),应用多普勒超声心动图和心导管同步测量技术测得一系列指标对VT的血流动力学进行系统研究。结果示:(1)不同心室起源部位的VT对血流动力学影响的程度不同,以左、右室心尖起源的VT影响的程度最小,左、右室侧壁者次之,以左、右室流出道起源的VT影响程度最大;(2)VT频率超过基础心率≤60时,同对照值比较,各项血流动力学指标无显著变化。高于此频率时,心功能指标测值减低,且VT频率越快,心功能指标测值减低的程度越明显。
A series of indexes were measured with Doppler echocardiography and cardiac catheterization synchronously to measure the hemodynamics of VT by using the step-by-step stimulation to induce ventricular tachycardia (VT) in different parts of healthy dogs and different frequencies. the study. The results showed: (1) VT of different ventricular origin hemodynamics to different degrees to the left and right ventricular apical origin of VT minimal impact, left and right ventricular wall followed by left and right VT of outflow tract origin had the greatest influence on VT. (2) Compared with the control value, VT had no significant change when the VT frequency exceeded the basal heart rate ≤60. Higher than this frequency, the measured cardiac function index decreased, and the VT frequency faster, the more significant reduction of cardiac function index measured.
