研究了铝硅合金综合处理添加剂在工业生产条件下的应用效果,并探讨了添加剂中合金元素颗粒的溶解动力学机制,以及添加剂中的熔剂对合金元素溶解过程的影响。试验和研究结果表明:该添加剂在生产条件下,将合金化、精炼、变质和细化工艺同步进行是完全可行的,采用该工艺不仅可以改善铝液的质量,提高铸件的机械性能,而且还省去了中间合金的熔炼及铸锭工序。使之在能源和原材料消耗、加工运输和储存等方面带来十分明显的经济效益。
The application effect of the comprehensive treatment additive of Al-Si alloy in industrial production was studied.
