采用经表面改性处理的国产中强碳纤维,研究在大气条件下模压铸造C/Al复合材料的工艺条件,结果表明,把改性碳纤维预制块置于模腔,压力铸入ZL102铝合金,可获取C/Al复合材料试样和结构工件,其抗拉强度可达400MPa。此外还讨论了工艺参量对复合材料性能的影响和材料的断裂机理。
The domestic medium carbon fiber with surface modification was used to study the process conditions of C / Al composites by die casting under atmospheric conditions. The results showed that the prefabricated carbon fiber was placed in the cavity and pressure cast into ZL102 aluminum alloy Get C / Al composite samples and structural parts, the tensile strength of up to 400MPa. In addition, the influence of process parameters on the properties of the composites and the fracture mechanism of the materials are also discussed.
