碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料固化变形的预测,对准确设计工装、提高制件成型精度有重要作用。通过热传递模型、固化动力学模型、固化应变及残余应力模型建立了一种热压罐成型碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料固化变形模拟。基于ANSYS有限元模拟软件的二次开发完成了变形模拟计算程序。通过模拟结果和实验结果对比,证明该模拟方法有较高的精度。
Prediction of solidification deformation of carbon fiber reinforced resin matrix composites plays an important role in accurate design of tooling and improvement of forming precision of parts. Through a model of heat transfer, solidification kinetics model, solidification strain and residual stress model, a CFRP simulation of carbon fiber reinforced resin matrix composites was established. Based on the ANSYS finite element simulation software secondary development completed deformation simulation calculation program. By comparing the simulation results with the experimental results, it is proved that the simulation method has higher accuracy.
