经过2004年汹涌激荡的“政策年”后,中国房地产进入了“后调控时代”的2005年,在一系列里程碑事件的带动下,2005年的楼市更显异彩纷呈。“更细化、更明确、更有针对性、更加市场化”的宏观调控政策,令市场呈现“房地产投资略有下降、需求增长趋缓、价格增速放缓”的趋势。种种迹象表明,房地产调控政策作用彰显,中国的房地产在更加理性化、成熟化、市场化的轨道上继续前行。
After the turmoil of “Year of Policy” in 2004, China’s real estate entered a “post-regulation era”. In 2005, driven by a series of milestones, the property market in 2005 was even more colorful. The macro-control policy of “more detailed, more specific, more targeted and more market-oriented” has caused the market to show a tendency of “a slight decrease in real estate investment, a slowdown in demand growth and a slowdown in price growth”. There are indications that the real estate regulatory policies highlight the role of real estate in China in a more rational, mature, marketization of the track to move on.
