目的:探讨原发性干燥综合征(pSS)患者唇腺细胞凋亡的发生机制。方法:收集临床患者,将其分为pSS组和非干燥综合征组。采用免疫组化的方法检测两组患者唇腺细胞Bcl-2蛋白的表达及含量;制备唇腺组织匀浆及提取线粒体,检测CytC的含量。使用SPSS14.0软件对两组数据进行统计学分析。结果:pSS患者唇腺细胞中Bcl-2蛋白的表达和线粒体CytC的含量显著低于非干燥综合征组;pSS患者唇腺细胞胞浆CytC含量显著高于非干燥综合征组。结论:pSS的发病机制与Bcl-2蛋白及CytC诱导的细胞凋亡有关。
Objective: To investigate the pathogenesis of labial gland cell apoptosis in patients with primary Sjogren’s syndrome (pSS). Methods: Clinical patients were collected and divided into pSS group and non-Sjogren’s syndrome group. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression and content of Bcl-2 protein in labial gland cells of the two groups. The labial gland tissues were homogenized and the mitochondria were extracted to detect the content of CytC. SPSS14.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the two groups of data. Results: The expression of Bcl-2 protein and CytC in mitochondria of glandular gland cells in pSS patients were significantly lower than those in non-gut syndrome patients. The content of CytC in cytoplasm of labial gland cells in pSS patients was significantly higher than that in non-destructive syndrome patients. Conclusion: The pathogenesis of pSS is related to Bcl-2 protein and CytC-induced apoptosis.
