中国散裂中子源(CSNS)快循环同步质子加速器(RCS)中,剥离膜系统是整个RCS的关键设备,主要用来剥离负氢离子的核外电子产生正氢离子,即质子。剥离膜设备的性能直接影响整个RCS的性能,而其中的真空性能是重要的技术要求之一。在剥离膜安装之前,我们对该设备的极限真空、残余气体(RGA),以及膜片换位运动时磁流体密封对真空性能的影响做了详细的研究。经实验验证该系统符合CSNS的设计指标。
In China’s spallation neutron source (CSNS) fast-cycling synchronous proton accelerator (RCS), the peel-off membrane system is the key equipment of the whole RCS. It is mainly used to peel the extranuclear electrons of the negative hydrogen ions to produce positive hydrogen ions, ie protons. The performance of peel-off membrane equipment directly affects the performance of the entire RCS, and the vacuum performance is one of the important technical requirements. Before the peel-off film was installed, we investigated the vacuum, residual gas (RGA), and the effect of the magnetic fluid seal on the vacuum performance of the device when the diaphragm was transposed. The system has been verified by the CSNS design specifications.
