目的:研究百合多糖与二甲双胍联合应用对人类肝癌细胞增殖的影响。方法:培养HepG2细胞株,加入不同浓度的百合多糖和二甲双胍,用MTT法分别检测百合多糖和二甲双胍对HepG2细胞增殖的影响;用western检测HepG2细胞株Bcl-2和Bax蛋白含量变化。结果:二甲双胍和百合多糖可以抑制HepG2细胞株增殖,上调Bax蛋白,下调Bcl-2蛋白,二甲双胍和百合多糖联合应用,抗增殖作用、上调Bax蛋白和下调Bcl-2蛋白作用,与单独应用二甲双胍和百合多糖相比,作用明显增强。结论:百合多糖与二甲双胍合用可以协同抑制HepG2细胞增殖。
Objective: To study the effects of lily polysaccharide and metformin on the proliferation of human hepatoma cells. Methods: HepG2 cells were cultured, LPS and metformin were added in different concentrations. The effects of lily polysaccharide and metformin on the proliferation of HepG2 cells were detected by MTT assay. The protein levels of Bcl-2 and Bax in HepG2 cells were detected by western blot. Results: Metformin and lily polysaccharides could inhibit HepG2 cell proliferation, up-regulate Bax protein, down-regulate Bcl-2 protein, metformin combined with lily polysaccharide, antiproliferative effect, upregulate Bax protein and downregulate Bcl-2 protein, Lily polysaccharides compared to the role of significantly enhanced. Conclusion: The combination of lily polysaccharide and metformin can synergistically inhibit the proliferation of HepG2 cells.
