柳钢长期采取低品位矿,实行低成本战略,导致高炉遭遇了1次碱害。导致碱害的原因主要是烧结矿和焦炭带入碱金属过多,平均碱负荷高达5.01 kg/t。为此,采取了管控碱金属来源、保证焦炭强度、改善料柱透气性、造渣制度上加强排碱、炉温控在上限、优先保大型高炉、加强出铁、注意监控风口角度等措施,促进了高炉顺行。并从碱金属控制标准与优化配矿等角度,对今后如何从根源上防控碱金属危害提出了建议。
