1 地塞米松致顽固呃逆 男,34岁。患风湿性心肌炎,予静注地塞米松5mg,6小时后出现呃逆,次日再注5mg,呃逆加重,予654-2及维生素K_3治疗无效,停药2日后消失。第5天再用地塞米松又发呃逆,肌注非那根后约1小时呃逆消失。(胡传贵) 2 异丙嗪致严重精神症状 男2、女3例,年龄26～54岁。均因输液反应肌注氯丙嗪25～30mg,40min～2h左右出现傻笑、语无伦次、抓空摸床、躁动或幻视、幻听。经用镇静药或暗示使入睡,约3～4h后恢复。(蔡道 杨清林) 3 静注5％碳酸氢钠致心搏骤停 女,3岁。因呕吐、腹泻致重度失水、酸中毒,予静注5％碳酸氢钠60ml,刚注完,患儿烦躁、苍白,随即呼吸心跳骤停。即予心肺复苏抢救,4分20秒后渐恢复。
