为了解决大跨度预应力混凝土箱梁桥出现的严重的安全问题(如结构性开裂和不正常的过度下挠等),设计和构建了该类箱梁桥的结构健康监测系统。依据箱梁的结构与损伤特点,该系统的软硬件包括5个部分:结构与环境温度监测子系统、挠度监测子系统、应变监测子系统(含箱梁桥关键断面的应变及主要裂缝的宽度)、动力特征监测子系统以及数据无线传输子系统。根据对箱梁桥该系统建设的经验与部分现场监测的结果,对健康监测系统的设计和构建提出了新的建议。
In order to solve the serious safety problems (such as structural cracking and abnormal excessive deflection) of the large-span prestressed concrete box girder bridge, the structural health monitoring system of the box girder bridge is designed and constructed. According to the structure and damage characteristics of the box girder, the software and hardware of the system include five parts: structure and environment temperature monitoring subsystem, deflection monitoring subsystem, strain monitoring subsystem (including the strain of the key section of box girder bridge and the width of the main crack ), Power feature monitoring subsystem and data wireless transmission subsystem. According to the experience of the system construction of the box girder bridge and the result of some on-site monitoring, new suggestions for the design and construction of the health monitoring system are put forward.
